Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software and downloadable code assets, all purchases are generally final once the download URL has been accessed, except under the following conditions:

• The script or theme is proven to be completely defective, corrupt, or missing files, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• The item description significantly misrepresented the features of the script.
• The refund request is initiated within 1 days of purchase.

How Refunds are Processed

Approved refunds are credited directly to your store Wallet Balance. You can use this balance immediately to purchase any other digital product or template in the marketplace. When a refund is approved, download access for the refunded item is permanently revoked.
